0 · Machines check the machines
Every page we ship, ours or a client's, passes deterministic scans: structure, metadata, schema validity, parity between what humans read and what machines are told. Zero findings is the only passing grade.
What we can prove.
AI has made confident claims inexpensive to produce. Our discipline is that every claim we publish is checked, dated, and traceable to its source, on every engagement, without exception. The five stages below describe how.
1 · No number without a source
Every statistic in our work traces to a primary source we fetched and read, kept in a versioned evidence canon with confidence labels. Hearsay, however plausible, is labeled hearsay and never sold as fact.
2 · Cold eyes review everything
Before anything substantial ships, an independent reviewer with zero knowledge of how the work was built reviews it against the evidence. Criticism without a source is inadmissible. The builder never grades the build alone.
3 · We audit the auditor
AI reviewers can invent plausible evidence. So before a review changes anything, we fetch every source it cites and check it says what the reviewer claims. A source that fails the check is rejected and the rejection is recorded. A review counts only when its evidence does. The chain ends in fetchable ground truth, not in another opinion.
The last stage, stage 4, is measurement after delivery: dated engine responses and search data, before and after. Results are recorded and retained.
Published errors are corrected and every correction is dated. Corrections are part of the record, not exceptions to it.
On a sword blade, the kissaki is the tip: the hardest part to polish and the first place a flaw shows. Polishing where it is hardest is what we mean by craft. Verified claims are the scarce good in this market. This page describes the discipline; the tooling that runs it is our trade.
